1. Introduction and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and govern the rights and obligations of users who visit or place orders through it.
By accessing or using the website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
These provisions apply to all sales and deliveries of products made within Italy via the website.
All products are delivered free of charge throughout Italy.
2. User Account and Responsibilities
Users can create a personal account to manage orders, addresses, and preferences.
The user is required to provide accurate and complete information and to keep their login credentials confidential. It is prohibited to provide false information or use third-party information without authorization.
We guarantee the security and availability of the website within reasonable technical limits. We are not responsible for any interruptions or malfunctions beyond our control.
3. Products, availability and prices
The products presented on the website are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current Italian legislation.
The availability indicated refers to the time of ordering and may vary based on stock updates. If a product is unavailable, the user will be notified and can choose between waiting for a restocking order or a refund.
4. Orders and payments
To place an order, the user must follow the purchase procedure on the website and complete the payment.
The order is considered accepted when the confirmation email is sent.
The available payment methods are indicated on the website and comply with applicable security standards.
In the event of obvious errors in product descriptions or prices, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping and delivery
After payment is completed, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing deadline:
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
In the event of a public holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.
Once processing is complete, the order is handed over to the courier for shipping. During periods of high volume, shipping times may vary slightly; customers will be informed promptly.

6. Cancellation of orders
The customer can request to cancel the order within a maximum of 24 hours of completing the purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped or if the 24-hour period has expired, cancellation will no longer be possible. After receiving the goods, the customer may exercise the right of return according to the established procedures.
Orders containing items made to the customer's specific request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

7. Returns and refunds
The customer can request the return of the purchased products within 15 days from the delivery date.
The right of return applies only to items returned unused, undamaged and complete with the original packaging, including any accessories.
Direct exchanges are not possible. Given the type of furniture and the associated logistics, each request is handled as a separate return to ensure an orderly and secure process.
If the customer would like an alternative item, he or she can place a new order via the website.
Products made to the customer's specific request are excluded from the right of return.
Returned items must be in perfect condition. Any signs of use or damage may result in the return being refused.
The return label is included inside the package upon delivery (the customer receives the return shipping label directly in the package).

8. Protection of personal data
Personal data is used exclusively for order management, user communication, and the proper functioning of the website.
Order data may be retained for up to 10 years due to legal obligations. Technically necessary cookies are used during the session, while any analytics tools may be retained for up to 12 months, unless consent is withdrawn.
Data processing is based on the performance of the contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or the user's express consent, in compliance with applicable Italian legislation.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
In the event of a dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile in Italy shall have jurisdiction.
The user can also resort to the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided for by applicable legislation.
