Refund policy
1. Return conditions
The customer can request the return of the purchased products within 15 days from the delivery date.
The right of return applies only to items returned unused, undamaged and complete with the original packaging, including any accessories.
Direct exchanges are not possible. Given the type of furniture and the associated logistics, each request is handled as a separate return to ensure an orderly and secure process.
If the customer would like an alternative item, he or she can place a new order via the website.
Products made to the customer's specific request are excluded from the right of return.
Returned items must be in perfect condition. Any signs of use or damage may result in the return being refused.
The return label is included inside the package upon delivery (the customer receives the return shipping label directly in the package).
2. Return request procedure
To initiate a return request, the customer must follow the procedure below:
The customer must send a written request via email to customer service within 15 days of receiving the order, indicating the order number.
After preliminary verification, the customer will receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions.
The product must be carefully packaged, preferably in the original packaging, and returned using the return label provided in the package.
3. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
The actual crediting time depends on the payment bank.
In the case of partial returns, only the amount relating to the items actually returned will be refunded.
If a product defect or non-conformity with the order is found, the cost of returning the product will be entirely at our expense.
