Shipping policy
1. Delivery area
We deliver exclusively within Italy. All products available on the website are intended for distribution within Italy only.
Shipments are handled by carefully selected logistics providers to ensure a safe, reliable, and fully traceable service at every stage.
All products are delivered free of charge throughout Italy. Deliveries outside of Italy are not available.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are applied as follows:
·Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.
·Flat fee of €15 for orders under €150.
The applicable cost is shown at checkout before payment.
3. Order Processing
After payment is completed, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing deadline:
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
In the event of a public holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.
Once processing is complete, the order is handed over to the courier for shipping. During periods of high volume, shipping times may vary slightly; customers will be informed promptly.
4. Delivery methods and times
After shipping, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days within Italy.
Any circumstances beyond our control will be handled with the utmost care and transparency.
5. Applicable taxes
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes according to current Italian legislation.
There are no additional costs at the time of delivery, except for any requests for personalized services.
6. Shipment tracking
After shipping, the customer will receive an email containing order tracking information.
The link provided allows you to check the status of your shipment at any time. For further information, please contact customer service with your order number.
7. Responsibility and complaints
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon actual delivery.
If an order arrives damaged or has obvious anomalies, we recommend reporting the condition of the package immediately upon delivery and contacting us within 24 hours of receipt, providing a detailed description and, if possible, photographic documentation.
Each complaint will be carefully examined and handled in accordance with current Italian regulations.
We assume no responsibility for delays or problems caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
